Our business analyst with other team members under the leadership of the chief engagement officer works with the client’s key process owners and invests the time to fully understand the business processes, requirements, key decision requirements, and key drivers important for the business. A subject matter expert from the same industry as clients’ is also engaged if needed to provide additional focus on specific business nuances and needs. The outcome is a streamlined process map and identified KPIs important for business monitoring and decision making.
